Alistair is one of the founding partners of BKB. A Chartered Tax Advisor and Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Ali can advise on how to maximise your overall financial position and keep your tax burden down.

Alistair is married to Louise. They have 2 children and a dog. Ali runs, cycles, likes football & cricket and enjoys challenging himself with marathons, ultra-marathons and has twice completed the 3 peaks challenge.

Luke has a strong commercial brain and can help you drive your business forward.

Luke is a Chartered Tax Advisor and Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, which means he has 'done' his time to make sure he has the knowledge to give meaningful and straight forward tax and accounting advice.

Luke has a strong commercial brain having started his own business, so fully appreciates and empathises with the daily challenges of those doing exactly the same.

Advising from textbook knowledge is one thing, but first-hand experiences brings another level to the advice that he shares with his clients.

Luke likes to push himself physically too, with various challenges and training. He's been active on the local boxing scene for many years and is more than happy to put the gloves on and fight his clients' corner when needed.

David Lawes runs our Wimborne office

David heads up our Wimborne Office. He’s our Financial Planning expert. BKB Accountants offers complete financial planning for business and individuals to ensure that a holistic approach is taken in advising the needs required. This will take account of short and long term objectives so that the business meets its overall goals. The experience gained by all the directors of BKB from running our own businesses and starting from scratch has made us the place to come to get your business off the ground. We are able to identify the problems that will be encountered before they happen and advise owners what plans to put in place to avoid common pitfalls from happening.

Louise heads our bookkeeping department

Louise qualified as a member of the International Association of Bookkeepers in 2003. She will be able to help on bookkeeping and VAT issues and with the help of her team, can prepare your bookkeeping and VAT Returns at our offices or at your premises. We will then prepare and review your management accounts with you, giving you an estimate of future taxes.

Louise enjoys walking and reading as well as bringing up 2 young children.
